NextLevel Exchange is a 12-month intensive small business development program.  Components of the program include: 

 

Mentorship

Program participants get one on one support from a business mentor. Mentors are either successful entrepreneurs or seasoned business professionals with corporate experience. Program participants are expected to meet once a month with their mentor in person. 

 

Business Education

Program participants will attend workshops. Focused on core business knowledge areas such as marketing, sales, branding, finance, and human resources.

Fireside Chats

During the course of the program year, successful entrepreneurs will share their lived experiences as an entrepreneur with the cohort. During these Fireside Chats, experts will provide cohort members with best practices, give practical advice, and will give time for Q&A for program participants to gain valuable insight and knowledge.

Networking

NLE Networking events are designed to establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships among the mentees and with seasoned business owners and senior-level executives who are dedicated to supporting and engaging with the participants of the program.
